This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies the ShipProven marketing site uses. It is designed to comply with the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the UK GDPR.
None. The ShipProven marketing site currently sets no cookies of any kind — strictly necessary or otherwise. Because we set no non-essential cookies, no consent banner is required or displayed.
The site is a static, prerendered SPA. It uses no analytics tracker, no session recording, no third-party advertising provider, and no chat widget on the marketing pages you are currently viewing.
Our web server does not set application cookies. Where a request passes through a Cloudflare-fronted subdomain (e.g. for DDoS protection), Cloudflare may set a __cf_bm or similar cookie as a strictly-necessary security cookie under PECR Regulation 6(4)(b). This cookie is used only for bot mitigation and expires within 30 minutes.
If you click through to book a walkthrough via Cal.com, that third-party service sets its own cookies on its own domain, governed by its own cookie policy. No cookie is shared with our domain.
You can block or delete cookies via your browser settings — see the ICO's guidance for step-by-step instructions.
If we introduce any non-essential cookies in the future — for example an analytics tool or a marketing pixel — this page will be updated in the same change and a consent banner will be surfaced BEFORE any such cookie is set. That is a hard rule the site's CI enforces via the same governed pipeline the landing page describes.
