These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the shipproven.co.uk marketing site (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Verrian Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17376222), registered office High Sleights Farm, Acklam, Malton, England, YO17 9RP.

These terms are for the marketing Site only. Any commercial engagement to receive ShipProven services (BYOC enterprise deployments, hosted access, professional services) is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Verrian Ltd, negotiated case-by-case.

1. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its underlying infrastructure;
• use scraping, crawling or automated data-collection beyond the permissions expressed in the Site's robots.txt;
• attempt to reverse-engineer or replicate content or design elements for commercial reuse without written permission.

2. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (including text, diagrams, brand marks, and code snippets shown in the marketing narrative) is owned by or licensed to Verrian Ltd. "ShipProven" is a trade mark of Verrian Ltd. You may quote short passages with attribution for editorial or research purposes; wholesale reproduction requires prior written consent.

3. Live demonstrations

The two reference sites linked from the Showcase section (mortgagesourcing.com and www.nextgenlending.co.uk) are live, fully-built demonstrations of what ShipProven produces. They are proofs of capability, not customer deployments and not trading companies. Any figures, contract behaviours, rates, or scenarios shown on those demonstration sites are illustrative only and do not constitute financial advice, an offer of a regulated product, or an invitation to enter into a contract.

4. No warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verrian Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verrian Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by English law.

6. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example Cal.com bookings, the Companies House register, the ICO). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third-party sites.

7. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
